Carrying out a variety of production-related quality inspections
Control and monitoring of all CCPs
Adhering to and implementing hygiene regulations
Hygiene briefings and training for all employees
Provision of samples and reserve samples
Analysing, documenting and communicating trade fair results
Your
qualifications:
Completed training as a food technology specialist or similar
Experience in the food industry and quality assurance
Excellent communication skills and team spirit
Dedication, teamwork, flexibility and resilience
Ability to work in a structured and independent way
Knowledge of MS Office
